Our Pecan Raisin bread, an old stand by favourite is made with unbleached wheat flour, water, salt and yeast. It is sweetened with honey from a local apiarie. The high ratio of pecans and raisins to dough (about 1:1) makes this a solid bread with wonderful flavour.
